Lemon Meringue - 2 layers of lemon infused cake filled with lemon curd, and topped with toasted meringue.
 
Vanilla Sponge & Strawberries - 2 layers of vanilla sponge cake, filled with buttercream and strawberry coulis, topped with vanilla bean buttercream and decorated with freeze dried strawberry crumble.
 
Choc Caramel - 2-layer Choc Cake, filled with chocolate buttercream, caramel, and topped with assorted chocolates 
 
Nutella Hazelnut - 2 layers of chocolate cake filled with Belgian chocolate buttercream, Nutella, and roasted hazelnuts topped with Belgian chocolate buttercream.
 
Carrot Cake - 2 layers of carrot cake filled with zesty lemon buttercream & chopped walnuts.
