Delivery can be added as a separate charge : $2.50/km from Morayfield (available from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast & Hinterland). This will be invoiced as a separate charge.
Cake topper not included but can also be added as an optional extra (+$40)

Delivery
Pick up is available from our studio in Morayfield
Delivery is also available within the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast area (including Hinterland areas) but needs to be organised via a separate invoice. Delivery fees are calculated at $2.50 per kilometre from our studio in Morayfield.

Terms and Conditions
By purchasing this item you agree to Deelish Cake Creations having creative license for the overall design of your cake. Flowers will be seasonally available fresh flowers - and depending upon market availability varieties and colours may change.

DEELISH CAKE CREATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable. Online purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase only.
2. We must receive the balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded. Please call Dee if you have any concerns with meeting your due dates.
3. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavours of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
4. Delivery and setup fees is depending on the location of the venue and will be stipulated in the final price.
5. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup or pick-up is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 23 degrees Celsius or below.
6. If flowers are provided by an outside source, we will place them for an additional fee. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.
7. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession.
8. Please be aware that last minute design and structural decisions for your cake may need to be taken at times. Creative license is expected to be allowed on all cake orders.
9. On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
10. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. Special diet orders are made on the understanding that they are made for intolerances only.
11. Refunds for cakes are only offered in the following circumstances:
- Deelish Cake Creations has needed to cancel due to unforeseen extenuating circumstances
- Partial refunds (minus security deposit and resources purchased) when notice of cancellation is given via phone call AND writing no later than 14 days prior to your event.
12. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
